Clara Campoamor.

Clara Campoamor was born in Madrid, Spain in 1888. Her full name is Clara Campoamor Rodriguez.

First, before Clara Campoamor became famous, she was a teacher, secretary of a newspaper and a typist.
Then,  the politician and feminist was best known for her advocacy for women’s rights and suffrage during the writing of the Spanish constitution of 1931.
Finally,  she died in 1972 when she was 84.

KARL BENZ BIOGRAPHY

Karl Benz was named Karl Friedrich Michael Vaillant when he was born on November 25, 1844 in Muhlbur, Germany.
Karl acquired the name Benz from the legal marriage Benz and Vaillant.
First, when he was 2 years old his father died of pneumonia. Benz grew up in near poverty but developed a precocious interest in engineering.

Then, in 1885 Karl and his partners Mike Rose and Friederich Wilhelm Eblinger created a tricycle with a refrigerated engine, and, in January 1886, Benz applied for the patent to the German government for the first three wheeled vehicle in history. After that, they called it the Benz Patent Motorwagen wich is currently on display in a German museum in Münich.

Later, the first Benz four wheleer, the Benz Victoria, was manufactured in 1893.
Finally, Karl Benz passed away on April 4, 1929, Germany, at the age of 84.

Kobe Bryant

Kobe Bryant was an American baskeball player who played twenty seasons in the NBA, all of them in Los Angeles Lakers, from 1996 to 2016. He was the son of former NBA player, Joe Bryant.
First, he was born on August 23, 1978 in Fidadelfia , Pennsylvania, United States. He started playing basketball when he was 3.

  Then, he was married to Vanesa Laine Bryant and they had 4 children :Gianna, Natalia, Bianca, Bella and Capri Bryant. Kobe Bryant earned five NBA rings and was also ranked 18th in the All-Star during his 20 year career.

Finally, on January 26 , 2020 , the NBA lost one of its biggest basketball  stars  at 41 with a lot of  life and a career ahead. He died in a helicopter crash with his daughter Natalia Bryant on January26 , 2020, in Calabasas, California, United States .   He always will be one of  the greatest legends.

Albert Einstein

First, Albert Einstein was born in Ulm, the Kingdom of Württemberg, in the German Empire, on March 14, 1879. He was a German physicist. Then, in 1905 he published his theory of relativity and consequently he deduced the most popular known physical equation: the mass-energy equivalence. After that, in 1921 he obtained the Physics Nobel Prize. Later, before the rise of Nazism, Einstein left Germany around December 1932 for the United States.
Finally, he died on April 18, 1955 at the age of 76.

Frida Kahlo Calderón

Magdalena Carmen Frida Kahlo Calderón was  born   on July 6 1907 in   Coyoacán, Mexico. She  died on July 13 1954 at the age of 47 in  Coyoacán, Mexico).
She was a Mexican painter. Her pictorial work revolves thematically around her biography and her own suffering. She was the author of 150 works, mainly self-portraits, in which she projected her difficulties to survive. Frida’s work and that of her husband, the painter Diego Rivera, influenced each other. Both shared a taste for Mexican folk art with indigenous roots, inspiring other Mexican painters of the post-revolutionary period.
First, In 1939, she exhibited her paintings in France at the invitation of André Breton, who tried to convince her that they were “surreal”, although Kahlo said that this trend did not correspond to her art since she did not paint dreams but her own life. Then, one of the works in this exhibition (Self-Portrait-The Frame, currently in the Pompidou Center) became the first painting by a Mexican artist acquired by the Louvre Museum. Until then, Frida Kahlo had painted only privately and she found it difficult to admit that her work could have a general interest. Later, she enjoyed the admiration of prominent painters and intellectuals of her  time such as Pablo Picasso, Vasili Kandinski, André Breton or Marcel Duchamp. Finally, her work achieved fame and true international recognition after her death, especially in the late 1980's and early 1990's by collectors like singer Madonna.

Neil Armstrong

(1930-2012)
Neil Armstrong was born in Wapakoneta, Ohio, on August 5th, 1930.
First, Armstrong learnt how to fly at the  Grassy Wapakoneta aircraft  base (Blume Highschool).
Then, he began studying aeronautical engineering at Purdue University.
After that, Armstrong’s work offer from the NASA was received on January 26th of 1949, requiring him to take part in flight training classes in Florida.
After passing the medical examination, he became astronaut on February 24th of 1949.
Later, in 1958, Neil was selected for the US Airforce’s Man in space Soonest program, but the A.R.P.A cancelled the flight. In November he was selected for the Project Mercury,run by NASA.
He flew to the moon in 1969 with Apolo 11. After all that, he taught Aeronautical Engineering at the University. Finally, he died in 2012.

Walt Disney was an American film and television producer and showman, famous as a cartoon movie pioneer and creator of Disneyland. Walter Elias “Walt” Disney was born on December 5, 1901 in Hermosa, Illinois. First, he and his brother Roy co-founded Walt Disney Productions, which became one of the world’s best-known film producers. Disney was an innovative animator and, later, he created the cartoon character Mickey Mouse. After that, he won 22 Academy Awards during his lifetime, and, finally, he was the founder of Disneyland and Walt Disney World theme parks.

First, Jennifer Aniston went to education at LaGuardia high. There she learned about music, art and preforming arts. 

Then, she became an actor, producer and business woman. Her first film was made in 1988, it was a comic science fiction called Mac and Me. In the movie she was a dancer at McDonald´s. She started acting in 1994 in the very popular TV series called Friends.

 Later, she won worldwide recognition as Rachel Green. She also got a Golden globe award. 

After that, she became one of the most paid actors in television, earning one million dollars for each episode.

 Finally, she keeps making movies.

Julia Roberts    Born: 28th October 1967, in Smyrna, Georgia.

 When she was ten years old, her father died. Julia Roberts attended Fitzhugh Elementary School and then Campbell High School, both of them in Smyrna. 

First, she always wanted to be a veterinarian, but she ended up studying journalism. She moved to New York and began her acting career in 1987 with a small role in Firehouse, in which she was not even credited. Then, after participating in numerous projects that did not have much impact, Julia Roberts had her first opportunity with the character of Daisy Arujo in the comedy Mystic Pizza (1988), directed by Donald Petrie. After this opportunity, her first big role would come with Steel Magnolias (1989), a film in which she shared the poster with actresses such as Sally Field or Shirley MacLaine, giving her first Golden Globe for best supporting actress and her first nomination to the Oscar in the category of Best Supporting Actress.

 Later, she performed a modern fairy tale in the highly enjoyable film Pretty Woman. In 2000, Roberts starred the drama based on true events Erin Brockovich), in which she played a woman who investigated why the water in a small town in the United States made its inhabitants sick. Her performance won her the Oscar for Best Actress, the Golden Globe for Best Actress in a Drama, the BAFTA for Best Actress, and the Screen Actors Guild Award for Best Leading Actress. Also, the film received flattering comments, collecting 256 million at the box office of the planet.

 Finally, she appeared in some other movies like: Mirror Mirror, Notting Hill, The Twists of fate or Eat, Pray, Love.

SIENNA MILLER BORN: in 1981, in New York.

 First, moved to London with her family when she has 18 years old.

 Then, she relocated to New York City and enrolled in a three-month course at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute. 

Afther that, Miller’s screen debut came in the romantic comedy South Kensington (2001), opposite Rupert Everett and Elle McPherson. In 2002, she had supporting roles in High Speed and its follow-up The Ride, and guest-starred in The American Embassy and Bedtime. She had a regular role as the combative yet caring flatmate of an NYPD detective in the television drama series Keen Eddie (2003), it was Miller's first exposure to American audiences.

 Later, with roles in two commercial films and a higher public profile due to her relationship with actor Jude Law, Siena starred The crime thriller Layer Cake (2004). 

Finally, Miller was cast as The Baroness in the live-action film The Rise of Cobra (2009), her first—and to date, only—mainstream Hollywood blockbuster. In 2018, Miller appeared in the war film The Catcher Was a Spy as Estella, the girlfriend of Moe Berg, a catcher for the Boston Red Sox who joined the OSS during World War II.

 J.Lo was born on the 24^th July, 1969 in THe Bronx, New York. J.Lo is an American actress and musician.

First, Jennifer began appearing in films in the late 1980’s and quickly became one of the highest-paid Latina actresses in the history of Hollywood. 

Then, she began appearing in big movies such as: 

The Wedding Planner (2001), her successful first attempt at romantic comedy, Out of Sight, Maid in Manhattan, Shall We Dance?, Hustlers or Marry Me. Some of her films are based on a true story and she is also a producer. 

Jennifer, who considers herself a dancer first than a singer or an actress, played, later, a great role as Paulina, a dance teacher, in the movie “Shall we dance? The truth is she hears the music very well and is quite expressive in her movements. 

 

Finally, in my opinion, Jennifer Lopez is a great actress/singer and I hope that her career only gets better.

Meryl Streep

Mary Louise Streep was born on June 22, 1949, in Summit, New Jersey. She has two younger brothers, Harry William Streep III and Dana David Streep, both actors. Her father was of German and Swiss descent. 

She has received numerous accolades throughout her career spanning over four decades, including a record of 21 Academy Award nominations, winning three, and a record of 32 Golden Globe Award nominations, winning eight.   

Streep's first feature film role came opposite Jane Fonda in the 1977 film Julia, in which she had a small role during a flashback sequence. Most of her scenes were edited out, but the brief time on screen horrified the actress:

“I had a bad wig and they took the words from the scene I shot with Jane and put them in my mouth in a different scene. I thought, I've made a terrible mistake, no more movies. I hate this business”. However, eventually, she has become one of the best actresses in films history, being the main character in unforgettable movies such as Kramer vs Kramer, The Hunter, Out of Africa, Devil Wears Prada or Mamma Mia!

I chose this actress because I thought no one would choose her and I wanted to bring something unusual. And I think she`s a special actress.

Kirsten Caroline Dunst, known familiarly as Kiki, is an American actress, daughter of Inez Dunst, owner of an art gallery.

From her childhood, Kirsten began working as an advertising model.

Her first film appearance came in "Stories Of New York" (1989)

Kirsten participated in several films such as Spiderman, Marie Antoniette or Melancolia. My opinion about Kirsten Dunst is that she seems to me a very much in her time actress. Kirsten’s movies I like the most are those of Spiderman.

Emma Thompson 

Born 15 April 1959, is a British actress and screenwriter. Described as one of the best actresses of her generation, she has received various accolades throughout her career spanning four decades.

First, she appeared in the comedy sketch series Alfresco (1983–84) alongside Hugh Laurie, Stephen Fry and Robbie Coltrane. In 1985 she starred in the West End revival of the musical Me and My Girl, which was a breakthrough in her career. In 1993, she received dual Academy Award nominations for her roles in The Remains of the Day as the housekeeper of a grand household and In the Name of the Father as lawyer for a man wrongly accused of terrorism. 

Then, between 2004 and 2011 she acted in Harry Potter film series as Sibyll Trelawney, an adivination teacher.

Finally, her last was movie was Cruella (2021) in which she is the villain, the boss and the main character, Cruella de Vil. 

In my opinion, Emma Thompson is one of the greatest actresess in the world, and she’s very funny in most of her roles in cinema.

WOMEN IN CINEMA

My favourite actress is Hilary Swank.

First, she grew up in Bellingham, Washington, USA. Her family was not rich and lived in a trailer park, her brother and only sibling Dan, moved out when he was a teenager.

 Then, when she was nine years old, she landed her first acting role as Mowgli in a production of the Jungle Book.

 Later on, she appeared lots of movies like: Buffy the vampire Slayer or The new karate kid. But, one of her most famous movies was Million dollar baby in wich she had to get really strong.

Finally, Hilary Swank has achieved fifteen film awards and I think she is a really good actress and she is a role model for lots of people around the world.

My favourite movie is Terminator: Final Judgment/Judgment Day.

Actors: Arnold Schwarzenegger, Linda Hamilton, Edward Furlong, Robert Patrick.

The movie is about John Connor (Edward Furlong), a teenager who lives with people that aren’t his parents. Suddently, a T-1000 (Robert Patrick) wants to kill him because he will be the future of humanity.

A T-800 (Schwarzenegger) saves him and his mother (Hamilton), too. They need to destroy the evil Terminator.

My favourite part is when Sarah Connor escapes the mental hospital.
